Are your engagements month-to-month or long-term contracts?
We discuss engagement structure on your consult call. We believe in earning your continued business through results, not locking you into long-term contracts. Most of our clients have been with us for five or more years — not because they have to be, but because the value is clear.
What does the onboarding process look like?
After your consult call, we conduct a finance assessment to understand your current books, systems, and reporting. From there, we build a clear onboarding plan — typically including a books cleanup phase, process documentation, and system setup. Most clients are fully operational within 30–60 days.
Can I start with just bookkeeping and add CFO services later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with the accounting foundation and add CFO advisory as their business grows or as they face specific decisions — a capital raise, a major hire, or an acquisition. Because the same team handles both, the transition is seamless.
